Precision Laser Cutting
Every 3D Dental Systems cart begins as a flat sheet of premium aluminum. We use CNC fiber laser cutting to manufacture every component with exceptional precision, ensuring clean cuts, perfect fit, and consistent quality throughout the entire production process.
We chose aluminum because it offers the ideal balance of strength, low weight, and corrosion resistance. Unlike steel, it won't rust, making it a perfect material for demanding clinical environments where durability and easy cleaning are essential.
Hand Finishing & Precision Machining
Although our parts are manufactured with precision CNC machines, we believe the final details are best completed by hand.
Every edge is carefully rounded and smoothed by hand, allowing us to inspect and feel each component as we work. This hands-on process helps us catch even the smallest imperfections that machines alone might miss, ensuring every part meets our quality standards before moving on.
Where required, we also create countersunk holes for flush-mounted screws and threaded holes for strong, reliable assembly.
Precision Bending
After finishing and inspecting each part, we use a CNC bending machine to shape the flat aluminum components into their final form.
During bending, we use a special protective foil between the aluminum and the bending tools. This prevents scratches and pressure marks, keeping the visible surfaces clean and smooth.
Accurate bending ensures consistent angles, a strong structure, and a precise fit during final assembly.
Durable Powder Coating
After fabrication, every component receives a premium powder-coated finish to provide long-lasting protection and a professional appearance.
Powder coating creates a durable, scratch-resistant, and corrosion-resistant surface that stands up to the demands of everyday clinical use. The finish is also easy to clean and helps keep the cart looking new for years.

Final Assembly
With all components finished, the cart is assembled entirely by hand by our experienced team.
Every part is carefully fitted together, from the frame and shelves to the wheels, monitor mount, cable management, and accessories. During assembly, we verify that every component fits perfectly and that the cart functions exactly as designed.
Before packaging, each cart undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards for quality, stability, and finish. Only then is it carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
