In our EU-based facility, each sheet is precision laser-cut to exact dimensions. The cut pieces are then carefully smoothed and surface-treated to create a flawless base for the next stages of production. Using powerful press brake machines, we bend even 6 mm aluminum with absolute precision, shaping each component for maximum strength and ergonomic design.
Once formed, every part is powder-coated for a durable and attractive finish. From there, the components move to our assembly area, where skilled technicians fit every drawer, wheel, and bracket with meticulous attention to detail.
The final step is thorough quality control and careful packaging, ensuring your cart arrives in perfect condition and is ready to serve your practice from day one.
