Production & Processing Time

  • All of our products are made to order.

  • Standard production time is 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched via DHL Express.

Shipping Provider

We use DHL Express as our logistics partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide.

Shipping Times (after production)

  • Europe: 2–5 business days

  • North America: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 4–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services in the destination country.

Shipping Costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and package weight/size.

  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order at www.dhl.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.

  • In the case of lost shipments, we will open an investigation with DHL. A replacement or refund will be arranged once the case is resolved.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using DHL or another trackable courier for returns.
